Aswa – Lolim Hydro Power Company Ltd (ALHC), a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) largely owned by East African Power (EAP), is developing the Latoro Small Hydro Power Project. It is a medium flow and medium head scheme of approximately 4.8 MW, in northern Uganda. The developer contracted SADRiNE Consulting Group Limited to undertake detailed hydrogeological and geotechnical studies for the project.
