Master Planning should be considered an evolutionary process that produces a ‘living’ document that is updated and refined as the school’s needs and strategic direction unfold over time. The management of St. Theresa Girls Secondary School Bwanda, in its intelligent judgment, appointed SADRiNE Consulting Group Limited to prepare a master plan for its site in Bwanda, Villa Village, Villa-Maria Parish, Kalungu Sub-County, Kalungu District. The purpose of the Master Plan was to outline the development objectives for the school for the next 10 – 20 years. The principal aims were:

• The strategic upgrade, improvement and where appropriate, replacement of the existing School’s building assets,
• To allow the school to accommodate its projected growth in enrolments, and
• To ensure the school is able to adapt to the changing needs of education and teaching methodologies in the future.
