SADRiNE Achieves ISO Certification: A Milestone for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment

 

 

We are proud to announce that, on 14th September 2023, SADRiNE achieved ISO certification (QMS, HSE and EMS)! This is a significant accomplishment for our company, and it demonstrates our commitment to quality management, health and safety management, environmental management, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

 

ISO certification is an internationally recognized standard that ensures that organizations meet the highest standards of quality, health and safety, and environmental performance. To achieve ISO certification, we underwent a rigorous audit process to demonstrate that our quality, health and safety, and environmental management systems meet all of the requirements of the ISO standard.

 

What are the benefits of ISO certification for SADRiNE?

ISO certification brings many benefits for our company, our customers, and our partners, such as:

How did we achieve ISO certification?

The process of achieving ISO certification was tiresome but we were intentional about it. For three months, we would meet every day, Monday to Friday, at 2pm to 4pm to discuss the documentation. This enabled us to understand our business both internally and externally. Now we know our business in and out.

 

We followed these steps to achieve ISO certification:

  • We conducted a gap analysis to assess the current state of our quality, health and safety, and environmental management systems and to identify the areas that needed improvement.
  • We developed an action plan to address the gaps and to implement the changes required by the ISO standard.
  • We trained our employees on the ISO requirements and the new procedures and policies.
  • We performed internal audits to verify the effectiveness of our quality, health and safety, and environmental management systems and to identify any non-conformities or opportunities for improvement.
  • We corrected any non-conformities or implemented any improvements identified by the internal audits.
  • We underwent an external audit by an accredited certification body to validate that our quality, health and safety, and environmental management systems comply with the ISO standard.
  • We received the ISO certificate from the certification body after successfully passing the external audit.

What are the results of ISO certification?

The results of ISO certification are impressive. Since we achieved ISO certification, we have noticed:

  • A significant increase in customer satisfaction ratings and positive feedback
  • A noticeable decrease in customer complaints and returns
  • A remarkable improvement in product quality and service delivery
  • A substantial reduction in operational costs and waste
  • A notable increase in employee engagement and morale
